"Better late than never....my family sought out services for my father in 2021 and then again in 2024 for my oldest sister. My father had a traditional military funeral with his casket decorated with U.S Marine medallions. The visitation, burial everything went smoothly with the help of all the staff at the Country Club Hills location. Leak Jr was very helpful, empathetic and professional. Last year in April my oldest sister passed and her service was a memorial because she was cremated. Her service was in Matteson and again the staff were 100% there for my family. I'm late posting this because unfortunately after burying family, grieving and trying to move on will have people neglect to show appreciation for making things easier. Today I left out of the grocery store and walked past Leak Jr and he spoke...I spoke and continued pushing my shopping cart and hesitated and called to him, he turned and I said "Thank you." He immediately said you're welcome and I just mentioned his funeral home was there for my father and sister. I'm glad I was able to express my gratitude on behalf of my mom, sister and son because people should know when they have a positive experience."
